Service:
Innovative Labels has contracted with a nationwide service contract provided. The service company currently services some very large customers. We are able to offer several levels of service. Normal Service – would be service between normal business hours – an 8 – 5 type of job. The next level of service would the 24 type of service. The first level of 24 hour service is a 24/5 – your basic normal business week. The third level of service would be “365 Service”. This service would basically cover the business every day of the year, including holidays. We also offer a ‘depot’ service versus the “on-site” service. Our goal is to insure that our customers receive the appropriate level of service that they will need.

Supplies:
Innovative Labels distributes all types of ribbons for many different brands of thermal printers, toner for laser printers, and ink for ink-jet printers.
